中药养阴消渴汤联合西药治疗2型糖尿病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究中药养阴消渴汤联合西药治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法选取2023年7月—2024年7月临沂市河东医院治疗的92例2型糖尿病患者,根据不同的治疗方法分为参比组(46例,采取西药治疗)、观察组(46例,采取中药养阴消渴汤联合西药治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、血糖水平、中医证候积分、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率更高,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平以及烦渴多饮、咽干口燥、多汗乏力证候积分均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床治疗2型糖尿病时采取西药与中药养阴消渴汤联合治疗效果明确,既可提升治疗效果,又可保证用药安全性,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of Yangyin Xiaoke Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 92 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in Linyi Hedong Hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected and divided into reference group(46 cases,treated with western medicine)and observation group(46 cases,treated with Yangyin Xiaoke Decoction combined with West⁃ern medicine)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c and thirst and polydipsia,dry throat and dry mouth,sweating and fatigue syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,the combination of Western medicine and tra⁃ditional Chinese medicine Yangyin Xiaoke Decoction has a clear therapeutic effect,which can not only improve the clinical treatment effect,but also ensure the safety of medication,and has certain clinical application value.
