妊娠期糖尿病患者在甘精胰岛素治疗下血糖波动及妊娠结局的改善效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究妊娠期糖尿病治疗中应用甘精胰岛素对其妊娠结局及血糖水平的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年4月—2023年3月福建省莆田市第一医院产科收治的136例妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同划分为观察组(n=68,实施甘精胰岛素治疗)和对照组(n=68,实施二甲双胍治疗)。对比两组不良妊娠结局、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖及不良反应发生率。结果观察组餐后2 h血糖水平、空腹血糖水平、不良妊娠结局发生率、不良反应发生率均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者开展甘精胰岛素治疗,可显著降低患者血糖水平及不良妊娠结局发生率,提升整体康复水平。Objective To explore the effect of insulin glargine on pregnancy outcome and blood glucose level in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 136 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of the First Hospital of Putian City from April 2022 to March 2023 were ret⁃rospectively selected and divided into observation group(n=68,insulin glargine treatment)and control group(n=68,metformin treatment)according to different treatment regimens.The adverse pregnancy outcomes,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The 2-hour postprandial blood glucose level,fasting blood glucose level,incidence of adverse pregnancy out⁃comes and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of insulin glargine in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can significantly reduce the blood glucose level and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and improve the overall rehabilitation level.
