消渴丸治疗2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭对患者中医证候积分、胰岛功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭(简称心衰)患者临床治疗中应用消渴丸的影响。方法选取2023年5月—2024年5月甘肃省天水市秦州区人民医院收治的2型糖尿病合并心衰患者90例,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,各45例。对照组行西医常规治疗;研究组行西医常规治疗+消渴丸治疗。两组均持续治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、生活质量、胰岛功能、心功能。结果研究组治疗总有效率相比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于治疗前,两组中医证候积分、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量量表评分、胰岛素抵抗指数、氨基末端B型利钠肽前体、左心室舒张末期内径水平均降低,胰岛素作用指数、胰岛β细胞功能指数水平均升高,且研究组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并心衰患者应用消渴丸可降低中医证候积分,提升患者生活质量,提高心功能,促进胰岛功能恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoke Pill in the clinical treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with heart failure.Methods A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with heart failure were selected from May 2023 to May 2024 in Qinzhou District People's Hospital of Tianshui City and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,the study group was treated with conventional Western medicine+Xiaoke Pill.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,qual⁃ity of life,islet function and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire scores,homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance,N-terminal pro-brain natri⁃uretic peptide and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in the two groups decreased,while the levels of insulin ac⁃tion index and homeostatic model assessment of isletβcell function increased,and those in the study group were bet⁃ter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Xiaoke Pill in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with heart failure can reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,improve the quality of life of patients,improve cardiac function,and promote the recovery of islet function.
