阿仑膦酸钠联合达格列净治疗骨质疏松症合并2型糖尿病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探究阿仑膦酸钠联合达格列净治疗骨质疏松症合并2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法根据不同的治疗方法,将2023年2月—2024年6月福建省永泰县医院接收的82例骨质疏松症合并2型糖尿病患者分为研究组(41例,阿仑膦酸钠联合达格列净治疗)和对照组(41例,阿仑膦酸钠联合二甲双胍治疗)。比较两组患者骨代谢水平、血糖水平、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,相比于对照组,研究组Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽、骨钙素、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶水平、治疗总有效率更高,I型胶原羧基端交联肽、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。组间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿仑膦酸钠联合达格列净治疗骨质疏松症合并2型糖尿病患者的效果突出,可以改善患者的骨代谢水平以及血糖情况。Objective To explore the effect of alendronate sodium combined with dapagliflozin in the treatment of os⁃teoporosis patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods According to different treatment methods,82 patients with osteoporosis and type 2 diabetes mellitus received by Yongtai County Hospital of Fujian Province from February 2023 to June 2024 were divided into study group(41 cases,alendronate sodium combined with dapagliflozin)and control group(41 cases,alendronate sodium combined with metformin).The bone metabolism levels,blood glucose levels,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of N-terminal propeptide of type I procollagen,osteocalcin,bone-specific alkaline phos⁃phatase and the total effective rate of treatment in the study group were higher,and the levels of carboxy-terminal cross-linked peptide of type I collagen,fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated he⁃moglobin A1c were lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Alendro⁃nate sodium combined with dapagliflozin is effective in the treatment of osteoporosis with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can improve the bone metabolism level and blood glucose of patients.
