以动机行为转化理论为指导康复护理对2型糖尿病足患者自护能力及足部并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨以动机行为转化理论为指导康复护理应用于2型糖尿病足患者的效果。方法回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年6月浙江省人民医院毕节医院收治的86例2型糖尿病足患者的临床资料,依据护理方法的不同分为两组,各43例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采取以动机行为转化理论为指导康复护理。对比两组自护能力、足部并发症发生率、血糖指标、生活质量。结果护理后,观察组自我护理能力评估量表、健康调查简表评分均高于对照组,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组足部并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病足患者采取以动机行为转化理论为指导康复护理,可提升自护能力,降低血糖水平及足部并发症发生率,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing guided by motivational behavior transformation theory in patients with type 2 diabetic foot.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with type 2 diabetic foot admit⁃ted to Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital Bijie Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were retrospectively se⁃lected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing guided by motivational behavior transformation theory on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability,incidence of foot complications,blood glucose indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale and 36-item Short-form Health Survey in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of foot compli⁃cations in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing of patients with type 2 diabetic foot guided by the theory of motivational behavior transformation can enhance self-care ability,reduce blood glucose level and the incidence of foot complica⁃tions,and improve the quality of life.
