加速康复外科护理对胃肠道肿瘤合并糖尿病患者血糖水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析胃肠道肿瘤合并糖尿病患者行加速康复外科护理的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2024年10月在厦门弘爱妇产医院进行治疗的60例胃肠道肿瘤合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照护理方法不同分为康复组(n=30,行加速康复外科护理)、一般组(n=30,行常态护理)。比较两组血糖指标、恢复时间并发症发生情况。结果施护后,康复组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于一般组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。康复组排气时间、导尿时间、下床时间均短于一般组,并发症发生率低于一般组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论加速康复外科护理执行后能控制患者血糖水平,规避并发症,缩短胃肠道肿瘤合并糖尿病患者的临床恢复时间。Objective To analyze the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing on patients with gastrointesti⁃nal tumor complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 patients with gastrointestinal tumors and diabe⁃tes mellitus who were treated in Xiamen Humanity Maternity Hospital from January 2021 to October 2024 were se⁃lected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into rehabilitation group(n=30,receiving accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing)and general group(n=30,receiving normal nursing).The blood glucose indexes,recovery time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the rehabili⁃tation group were lower than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The exhaust time,catheterization time and ambulation time of the rehabilitation group were shorter than those of the general group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the general group,the differences were statis⁃tically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing can con⁃trol the blood glucose level of patients,avoid complications,and shorten the clinical recovery time of patients with gas⁃trointestinal tumors and diabetes mellitus.
