摘　　要：目的探究在重症糖尿病酮症酸中毒急救治疗中应用胰岛素微量泵入注射的效果。方法回顾性选取2023年2月—2024年5月中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的110例急诊重症糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的临床资料,参照治疗方式差异分为观察组(n=55,胰岛素微量泵入注射治疗)和对照组(n=55,胰岛素静脉滴注治疗),对比两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平、健康状态及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖水平、不良反应发生率较对照组低,对照组呼吸、心率、血细胞比容评分均高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论采用胰岛素微量泵入注射疗法能够明显提升重症糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的体征指标,改善其整体血糖水平,进而提升其健康状态。Objective To explore the effect of insulin micropump injection in the emergency treatment of severe dia⁃betic ketoacidosis.Methods The clinical data of 110 patients with severe diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to the 73rd Army Group Hospital of the PLA from February 2023 to May 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to differ⁃ent treatment regimens,they were divided into observation group(n=55,treated with insulin micropump injection)and control group(n=55,treated with insulin intravenous drip).The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glu⁃cose levels,health status and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and the incidence of adverse reac⁃tions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of respiration,heart rate and hematocrit in the control group were higher than those in the observation group,the differences were statistically sig⁃nificant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of insulin micropump injection therapy can significantly improve the physi⁃cal signs of patients with severe diabetic ketoacidosis,improve their overall blood glucose levels,and thus improve their health status.
