中药治疗糖尿病并发便秘的临床应用现状

摘　　要：中医认为糖尿病并发便秘多因阴虚燥热、大肠传导功能失常所致。中药治疗糖尿病并发便秘以辨证论治、标本兼治为原则,灵活运用多类中药,达到滋阴润燥、清热通便的效果,使大肠恢复正常的蠕动和消化功能。治疗方法主要包括单一中药治疗、复方中药治疗和中成药的应用。本文总结目前中药治疗糖尿病并发便秘的临床应用与研究现状,并提出未来研究应进一步探索中药的作用机制,优化治疗方法,制订个体化方案,为糖尿病并发便秘患者提供更好的医疗服务。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that diabetes complicated with constipation is mostly caused by yin deficiency and dryness heat,and abnormal conduction function of the large intestine.The treatment of diabetes compli⁃cated with constipation with traditional Chinese medicine is based on the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the flexible use of many kinds of traditional Chinese medicine to achieve the effect of nourishing yin and moistening dryness,clearing heat and relaxing bowels,so that the large intestine can return to normal peristalsis and digestive function.The treatment methods mainly include single Chinese medicine treatment,compound Chinese medicine treatment and the application of Chinese patent medicine.This article summarizes the current clinical appli⁃cation and research status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes complicated with constipation,and proposes that future research should further explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine,optimize treatment methods,formulate individualized programs,and provide better medical services for patients with diabetes complicated with constipation.
