摘　　要：糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)作为糖尿病的主要微血管并发症之一,其发病率和病死率均较高。近年来,中医药在探索DKD的有效治疗策略中,取得了显著的研究进展。本文综述了近年来中医药在DKD病因病机、辨证治疗、方药研究等方面的研究成果,进一步探讨中医药治疗DKD的潜在效能与未来发展前景,旨在为DKD的临床治疗提供更为丰富的理论依据与实践指导。Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the major microvascular complications of diabetes,with high mor⁃bidity and mortality.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has made remarkable progress in exploring effective treatment strategies for DKD.This article reviews the research results of traditional Chinese medicine in the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and prescription research of DKD in recent years,and fur⁃ther explores the potential efficacy and future development prospects of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DKD,aiming to provide a richer theoretical basis and practical guidance for the clinical treatment of DKD.
