摘　　要：当今世界,全球经济数字化转型不断加速,数字技术深刻改变着人类的思维、生活、生产、学习方式。党的二十大报告提出了全面建设社会主义现代化国家的宏伟蓝图,强调了加快网络强国和数字中国建设的重要性。人工智能技术是新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要驱动力,在数字法院建设中前景广阔,贵州法院尊重发展规律,坚持科技赋能,构建人工智能应用保障体系,推进数据融合治理以数促智,深化拓展人工智能技术攻关,聚焦重点领域强化数字赋能,以积极作为的态度探索人工智能司法应用实践。但是,人工智能的发展也可能产生风险与制造挑战。如何让人工智能科学、合理、有效融入数字法院建设,结合人工智能的特点和法院工作的特性,文章从路径审思——把握原则——筑牢基础——重点突破等方面予以深入剖析、提出相应思路和参考方案。In today's world,the digital transformation of the global economy is accelerating,and digital technology is profoundly changing the way humans think,live,produce,and learn.The report of the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward a grand blueprint for comprehensively building a socialist modernized country,emphasizing the importance of accelerating the construction of a cyber powerhouse and a digital China.Artificial intelligence technology is an important driving force for a new round of technological and industrial transformation,and has shown broad prospects in the construction of digital courts.Guizhou courts respect the laws of development,adhere to technological empowerment,establish the guarantee system of artificial intelligence application,promote intelligentization by data fusion governance,deepen and expand the research and development of artificial intelligence technology,focus on key areas to strengthen digital empowerment,and explore the application of artificial intelligence in judicial practice proactively.Nevertheless,the development of artificial intelligence may also bring about risks and challenges.How can we integrate artificial intelligence into the construction of digital courts in a scientific,reasonable,and effective way?Based on the characteristics of artificial intelligence and the court work,this paper analyses from the aspects of approaches,principles,foundation,and key breakthroughs to put forward responsive measures and reference plans.
