东北解放区对苏粮食出口研究

摘　　要：从九一八事变开始,日本侵略中国东北长达14年之久,致使东北的经济遭到严重破坏。抗日战争胜利后,为解决日本对东北地区经济造成的负面影响,中共中央东北局采取了一系列促进东北解放区农业发展的措施,但由于国共关系恶化,内战爆发,国民党当局实行了经济封锁政策,农产品销路受阻,导致东北北部地区农民获得生活物资途径减少,东北解放区财政则更加拮据。为解决农产品销路问题,突破财政困境,恢复与发展东北解放区经济,有力支援解放战争,中共中央东北局开展对苏贸易,成立专门组织负责对苏粮食出口,进口军需民用物资。东北解放区粮食出口对贸易双方均产生了重要影响。Japan colonized northeast China for 14 years,and the economy of northeast China suffered great damage.The Northeast Bureau of the CPC central Committee has adopted a series of measures to promote agricultural development in the liberated areas of Northeast China.However,when the Civil war broke out and the Kuomintang implemented the economic blockade policy,the market of agricultural products was blocked,which led to the reduction of the way for farmers to obtain living materials in the northern region of Northeast China,and the financial situation in the liberated areas of Northeast China was even more constrained.In order to solve the problem of marketing agricultural products,get out of the financial predicament,restore and develop the economy of the Northeast liberated areas,and effectively support the war of liberation,the Northeast Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China carried out trade with the Soviet Union and set up a special organization responsible for grain export to the Soviet Union,import military supplies for civilian use.The grain export form Northeast liberated areas to Soviet Union has an important impact on both sides of the trade.
