摘 要:本文探究了木塑复合材料(Wood-plastic Composites,WPC)老化应用的行为和机制,通过紫外光照老化实验对木塑复合材料老化的机理进行研究,重点介绍了紫外光照射对不同色系复合板材颜色性能的影响,探究了复合板材的颜色指标随紫外光照射时间的变化规律。结果表明:紫外光照射240 h后,普通木塑板的颜色色差ΔE值有不同程度升高,其中银灰色木塑板的总色差值变化最为显著,总色差ΔE值增加2.82,黑色木塑板的总色差值变化较稳定,总色差值增加0.77;共挤木塑板的颜色色差ΔE值变化稳定,不同色系木塑板总色差ΔE值均小于1.12,共挤木塑板的抗紫外色变能力优于普通木塑板。结果表明聚乙烯壳层对紫外线有一定的屏蔽作用。This paper explores the behavior and mechanisms of wood-plastic composites(WPC)aging applications.Through the aging mechanism of wood-plastic composites and ultraviolet light aging experiments,focusing on the impact of ultraviolet light irradiation on the color performance of different color composite panels,the study explored the color index of composite panels with the accelerated aging time of the rule of change.The results showed that the standard WPC after 240h UV irradiation,the color difference ΔE value increases to different degrees,the most significant change in total color difference value in silver-gray WPC board was noted as 2.82.However,change in total color difference value of black WPC board was observed as more stable with an increase of 0.77 in total color difference value.Additionally,the color difference value ΔE of co-extruded WPC was more stable,as the total color differences of various color types of wood-plastic panel was less than 1.12.The co-extruded wood-plastic composites(WPC)showed superior resistance to UV-induced color change compared to standard WPC,indicating the positive effect of the polyethylene shell layer in resisting aging.
