摘　　要：新质生产力作为创新驱动下的生产力形态,已成为推动中国产业集聚发展的重要着力点。依据新质生产力的理论框架构建综合指标体系,并利用2012—2022年的省级面板数据对中国新质生产力的发展水平进行了量化评估,同时深入剖析了新质生产力如何影响产业集聚的内在机制。研究发现,新质生产力的提升对产业集聚具有显著的促进作用,并经过稳健性检验后依然成立。从影响机制看,新质生产力能够提升创新能力、增强中国产业的综合竞争力和提高居民收入水平,对产业集聚发展产生积极作用。从地区异质性看,发展新质生产力有助于缩小区域间产业集聚的差距。基于研究结论,从政策支持来看,需要加速产业结构优化升级,发挥新质生产力的引领作用;聚焦科技创新,夯实新质生产力发展之基;加强区域产业协调与合作,推动新质生产力的稳步发展。As a form of productive forces driven by innovation,the new quality productive forces have become a crucial driver of industrial agglomeration in China.Based on the theoretical framework of new quality productive forces,a comprehensive indicator system was established,and provincial panel data from 2012 to 2022 was used to quantify and assess the development level of new quality productive forces in China.This study also delved into the underlying mechanisms through which new quality productive forces influence industrial agglomeration.The findings indicate that the enhancement of new quality productive forces significantly promote industrial agglomeration,with the results holding up after robustness tests.In terms of the influencing mechanism,new quality productive forces enhance innovation capacity,strengthen the overall competitiveness of Chinese industries,and improve residents'income levels,all of which contribute positively to industrial agglomeration.From a regional heterogeneity perspective,the development of new quality productive forces helps narrow the gap in industrial agglomeration between regions.Based on the research conclusions,policy support should accelerate the optimization and upgrading of industrial structures,leverage the leading role of new quality productive forces,focus on technological innovation to solidify the foundation for the development of new quality productive forces,and strengthen regional industrial coordination and cooperation to promote the steady development of new quality productive forces.
