摘 要:为了改善凿岩钻杆的表面性能,采用激光熔覆技术对其表面进行再制造,选用铁基粉末在20钢基体上进行激光熔覆,制备了单层、三层和五层铁基涂层,并观察了不同层数涂层的微观结构,研究了多层涂层的硬度、耐磨损及抗拉伸性能。结果表明:单层、三层、五层涂层的平均高度分别为522.15μm、1232.34μm、2158.91μm,多层涂层的晶粒呈现出更加明显的无方向性,分布也更均匀。单层熔覆层的平均硬度为(604±33)HV_(0.3),三层熔覆层的平均硬度为(611±51)HV_(0.3),比单层涂层高1.16%,五层熔覆层的硬度为(618±64)HV_(0.3),比单层和三层涂层分别高2.32%、1.15%。多层熔覆耐磨损性能的改善效果明显优于单层熔覆,且磨损表面只表现出小面积的脆性剥落及少量磨粒磨损,耐磨性相对较好。熔覆层的抗拉强度为1181MPa,延伸率低于10%,抗拉伸性能较高。The surface of rock drilling rod was remanufactured using laser cladding technology to enhance its surface properties.Iron-based powders were selected for laser cladding on a 20 steel substrate,resulting in the preparation of single-layer,three-layer,and five-layer iron-based coatings.The microstructure of coatings with different layer numbers was observed,and the hardness,wear resistance,and tensile properties of the multilayer coatings were investigated.The results indicate that the average heights of the single-layer,three-layer,and five-layer coatings are 522.15μm,1232.34μm,and 2158.91μm,respectively.The grain structure of the multilayer coatings exhibits a more pronounced non-directional characteristic with a more uniform distribution.The average hardness of the single-layer cladding is(604±33)HV_(0.3),while the average hardness of the three-layer cladding is(611±51)HV_(0.3),which is 1.16%higher than that of the single-layer cladding.The hardness of the five-layer cladding is(618±64)HV_(0.3),representing an increase of 2.32% and 1.15%compared to the single-layer and three-layer claddings,respectively.The improvement in wear resistance for multilayer cladding is significantly superior to that of single-layer cladding.The wear surface exhibits only small areas of britle spalling and a limited amount of abrasive wear,indicating relatively better wear resistance.The tensile strength of the cladding layer is 1181 MPa,with an elongation below 10%,demonstrating high tensile properties.
