摘 要:随着轨道交通行业的快速发展,零部件损坏、钢轨磨损等问题日益突出,传统的零部件供应方法因成本或加工周期等原因,并不总能达到预期效果。增材制造技术相比于传统制造技术具有设计更加自由、成形效率更高等突出优势,为实现轨道交通领域的快速制造和修复提供了广泛的可能性。首先对增材制造相较于传统制造的技术优势进行总结,随后重点阐述了增材制造技术在轨道交通领域中的应用现状以及面临的主要挑战,最后展望了增材制造技术在轨道交通行业中的未来发展趋势。With the rapid development of the rail transit industry,issues like component damage and rail wear are becoming in-creasingly prominent.Traditional approaches for component supply do not always deliver the desired results,whether due to cost considerations or the threat of obsolescence.Additive manufacturing technology offers greater design freedom and higher forming efficiency compared to the traditional manufacturing techniques,opens up a wide range of possibilities for rapid manufacturing and repairing in the field of rail transit.This paper first summarized the technical advantages of additive manufacturing over tradi-tional methods,then elaborated the current state and challenges of the additive manufacturing technology applying in the rail tran-sit field.Finally the future development trend of additive manufacturing technology in the rail transit industry was prospected.
