摘  要:机械外载对大口径反射面天线的结构造成变形,进而影响天线的电性能。为了有效改善天线恶化的电性能,解决副反射面位姿调整技术仅能补偿主面大尺度机械误差的问题,提出了一种分区可动的副反射面补偿方案及其形状设计方法。首先,通过刚性调整标准副反射面的位姿校正主面的大尺度低阶变形;其次,将调整后的副反射面分割为若干面板,计算每个面板的位置参数并完成位姿调整,以消除主反射面的残余表面误差,而副反射面的面形由确定位置和姿态的面板组成,完成面形设计。数值理论模型和仿真模型案例结果表明,该文提出的方法能够快速实现副反射面的形状设计,设计的分区可动的副反射面可以补偿因结构变形引起的主面误差,有效提升天线的性能。The mechanical load deforms the structure of the large aperture reflector antenna,and then affectsthe electrical performance of the antenna.To address this issue,a partitioned active subreflector compensationscheme and its associated shape design method are proposed.It overcomes the limitations of the traditionalsubreflector position adjustment scheme,which can only correct large-scale shape errors of the main reflector.Firstly,the large-scale low order distortion of the main reflector is corrected by rigidly adjusting the position of theinitial subreflector.Subsequently,the adjusted subreflector is divided into several panels,and the pose of eachpanel is adjusted by calculating the position parameters of each panel,so as to eliminate the residual surface errorof the main reflector,and the shape of the subreflector is ultimately determined by the calculated panel positionsand the adjusted panel poses.Numerical results demonstrate that this method can successfully achieve the shapedesign of the subreflector,and the new scheme can effectively correct the main reflector error,thus enhancing theelectrical performance of the antenna.
