摘　　要：替来他明(Tilatamine)是一种主要应用于对宠物及小型动物的麻醉,临床上也作为诱导麻醉或与其他麻醉药品配合使用以增强麻醉效果。近年来,替来他明逐渐走入公众视野,因其与毒品氯胺酮(K粉)相似的化学结构及其对人体产生的类似反应,被不法分子用作新型毒品替代品,尤其在电子烟中非法添加和贩卖,引起了社会的广泛关注。Tilatamine is mainly used for anesthesia in pets and small animals.Clinically,it is also used as an induction anesthetic or in combination with other anesthetic drugs to enhance the anesthetic effect.In recent years,tilatamine has gradually come into the public eye.Due to its similar chemical structure to the drug ketamine(K powder)and the similar reactions it causes in the human body,it has been used by lawbreakers as a substitute for new types of drugs,especially illegally added and sold in electronic cigarettes,which has attracted widespread social attention.
