摘 要:为满足交通肇事案件及肇事逃逸案件快速侦破的实战需求,文章建立了一种基于衰减全反射红外光谱技术(ATR-IR)和微束X射线荧光能谱技术(Micro XRF)的汽车修补漆检验方法。采集了6个品牌48种不同汽车修补漆,使用ATR-IR对其所含有机成分及主要助剂进行了定性及半定量分析,使用XRF分析了其所含无机元素种类和相对含量。ATR-IR分析结果表明,修补漆样本的主要成膜物质有丙烯酸树脂、醇酸树脂及苯乙烯改性丙烯酸树脂3类,色料和填料为二氧化钛、大红粉、甲苯胺红等。Micro XRF结果显示,样本中可检出到1至7种不同元素。结合两者分析结果,可以对样品进行区分。该研究为涉车案件中油漆物证的比对检验和溯源分析提供了高效、可靠的技术手段,并为相关物证鉴定提供了方法参考和数据依据。To meet the practical needs of quickly solving traffic accident cases and hit-and-run cases,a method for examining automotive refinish paints was established based on Attenuated Total Reflectance Infrared Spectroscopy(ATR-IR)and Micro X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy(Micro XRF).A total of 48 different automotive refinish paints from 6 brands were collected.The organic components and main additives in these paints were qualitatively and semi-quantitatively analyzed using ATR-IR,while the types and relative concentrations of inorganic elements were analyzed using XRF.The results of ATR-IR analysis showed that the main film-forming substances of the refinish samples were acrylic resin,alkyd resin and styrene-modified acrylic resin,and the colorants and fillers were titanium dioxide,red powder and toluidine red,etc.The Micro XRF results showed that one to seven different elements could be detected in the samples.By combining the results from both techniques,the samples could be effectively differentiated.This study provides an efficient and reliable technical approach for the comparative examination and traceability analysis of paint evidence in vehicle-related cases,as well as methodological references and data support for related forensic identification.
