加味身痛逐瘀汤对气滞血瘀型骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者综合疗效及VAS、ODI、SF-36评分的影响

摘　　要：目的 加味身痛逐瘀汤对气滞血瘀型骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者综合疗效及疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)、 Oswestry残疾指数(ODI)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分的影响。方法 选择2022年1月至2024年1月的气滞血瘀型OVCF患者100例,以随机数表分成观察组和对照组各50例。对照组予以椎体成形术治疗,而观察组在此基础上联合加味身痛逐瘀汤治疗2周,对比两组疗效,治疗前及治疗完成后的VAS、ODI、SF-36评分,以及不良反应。结果 观察组的总有效率为96.00%,较对照组的84.00%更高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS及ODI评分较治疗前低(P<0.05),且观察组评分更低(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的SF-36各项评分较治疗前高(P<0.05),且观察组评分更高(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为8.00%,与对照组的4.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 椎体成形术联合加味身痛逐瘀汤对气滞血瘀型OVCF患者的综合疗效较好,在改善VAS、ODI、SF-36评分方面优于单纯行椎体成形术者,且具有较高的安全性。Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive efficacy and visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI)and the medical outcomes study 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)scores of Jiawei Shentong Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods 100 OVCF patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,with 50 patients in each group.The control group were treated with vertebroplasty,while the observation group were treated with vertebroplasty combined with Jiawei Shentong Zhuyu decoction for 2 weeks.And then,efficacy,VAS,ODI,SF-36 scores before and after treatment,as well as adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and ODI scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group had even lower above-mentioned scores(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group had higher above-mentioned scores(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%,compared with that of the control group(4.00%),difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Vertebroplasty combined with Jiawei Shentong Zhuyu decoction has better comprehensive efficacy in OVCF patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,which is better in improving VAS,ODI and SF-36 scores than simple vertebroplasty,and has high safety.
