摘　　要：本文阐述CD81的结构和功能,探讨其在恶性实体肿瘤和血液系统肿瘤中的作用及价值,介绍CD81相关的抗体和小分子化合物,分析抗CD81治疗在临床应用中面临的优势与挑战,并对其在未来治疗恶性血液病的应用前景进行展望。This article elaborates on the structure and function of CD81,explores its role and value in malignant solid and hematological tumors,introduces CD81-related antibodies and small-molecule compounds,analyzes the advantages and challenges faced by anti-CD81 therapy in clinical applications,and looks forward to the future application prospects of anti-CD81 therapy in the treatment of malignant hematological diseases.
