摘 要:针对某铁路项目现有微台阶法等施工开挖台架机械化水平低,作业效率低等问题,设计出一种适配多种开挖工法的履带式悬挑开挖台架,以满足现场采用微台阶等工法开挖的需求,并能克服走行低效的问题.经实地应用与分析,开挖工序单循环进尺两榀,开挖工序使用本台架较传统平均用时节约0.8 h,单循环进尺三榀较传统平均用时节约0.5 h;立架工序单循环立架两榀,使用本台架立架工序较传统平均用时节约0.4 h,单循环立架三榀较传统台架平均用时节约0.5 h.In response to the low level of mechanization and low operational efficiency of the existing micro step method construction excavation platform in the CZ railway project.A tracked cantilever excavation platform was designed which can be applied to various excavation methods,to meet the needs of on-site excavation using micro steps and other methods,and to overcome the problem of inefficient walking.Through on-site application and analysis,it has been found that the excavation process involves a single cycle footage of two frames.The use of this platform in the excavation process saves 0.8 hours as compared to the traditional average time,and a single cycle footage of three frames saves 0.5 hours compared to the traditional average time.The erection process involves a single cycle erection of two frames.The use of this frame erection process saves an average of 0.4 hours as compared to traditional methods,while a single cycle erection of three frames saves an average of 0.5 hours compared to traditional methods.
