纳米不锈钢纤维活性粉末混凝土力电响应性能研究

摘  要:为研究纳米不锈钢纤维活性粉末混凝土的机械性能与电阻特性,通过不同掺量的纳米不锈钢纤维活性混凝土机械性能和电阻特性的试验,得出如下结论:新拌活性粉末混凝土的扩展度随着纳米不锈钢纤维体积率的增加而降低,塑性黏度随纳米不锈钢纤维体积率的增加而升高;活性粉末混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度以及超声的声速均随着纳米不锈钢纤维体积率的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,且在纳米不锈钢纤维体积率达2%时,活性粉末混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、超声声速均达到最大值;纳米不锈钢纤维活性粉末混凝土的电阻随着不锈钢纤维体积率的增加而减小,活性粉末混凝土的抗压强度与抗折强度也随着电阻的增加而减小。In order to study the mechanical properties and electrical resistance characteristics of nano-stainless steel fiber reactive powder concrete,the mechanical properties and electrical resistance characteristics of nano-stainless steel fiber reactive powder concrete with different contents were tested,and the following conclusions were drawn:the slump flow of fresh reactive powder concrete decreased with the increase of nano-stainless steel fiber volume ratio,and the plastic viscosity increased with the in-crease of nano-stainless steel fiber volume ratio.The compressive strength,flexural strength and ultrasonic sound velocity of reac-tive powder concrete all increase at first and then decrease with the increase of nano-stainless steel fiber volume ratio,and when the nano-stainless steel fiber volume ratio reaches 2%,the compressive strength,flexural strength and ultrasonic sound velocity of reactive powder concrete all reach the maximum.The electrical resistance of nano stainless steel fiber activated powder concrete decreases with the increase of stainless steel fiber volume fraction,and the compressive strength and flexural strength of activated powder concrete also decrease with the increase of electrical resistance.
