摘 要:针对目前齿轮传动轴生产线存在自动化程度不高、设计周期长、交互性差、返工率较高和生产效率低的问题,通过引入数字化工厂的设计理念,从模型层、连接层、控制层3个层面建立了传动轴生产线的数字化工厂框架,并进行了整体布局设计、工艺仿真及虚拟调试,最后进行了应用验证。结果表明,将工艺仿真与PLC逻辑控制的有效结合,不仅能够提前规避调试过程中可能存在的风险点,有效解决齿轮传动轴生产线在传统串行设计中存在的诸多问题,还能减轻设计人员的工作强度,缩短工艺规划与生产线布局的时间,显著提升齿轮传动轴生产线的设计效率和自动化程度。In view of the problems of low automation,long design cycle,poor interactivity,high rework rate and low production ef-ficiency in the current gear transmission shaft production line,by introducing the design concept of digital factory,the digital fac-tory framework of transmission shaft production line is established from three levels:model layer,connection layer and control layer,and the overall layout design,process simulation and virtual debugging are carried out,and finally the application verifica-tion is carried out.The results show that the effective combination of process simulation and PLC logic control can not only avoid the possible risk points in the debugging process in advance,but also effectively solve many problems existing in the traditional serial design of gear transmission shaft production line,reduce the work intensity of designers,shorten the time of process plan-ning and production line layout,and significantly improve the design efficiency and automation degree of gear transmission shaft production line.
