摘 要:针对风冷镍渣中活性钙质组分含量较低,导致制备的地聚合物强度增长缓慢的问题,采用活性高且钙含量高的粒化高炉矿渣配合活性较低的风冷镍渣制备地聚合物,研究矿渣掺量对硬化体抗冻性能的影响。结果表明,增大矿渣掺量可提高地聚合物的抗压强度,进而提高其抗冻性能。这是由于矿渣的活性优于镍渣,提高矿渣掺量可向地聚合物中引入更多的活性钙、硅和铝质组分,从而促进水化铝硅酸钙(C-A-S-H)凝胶相的生成,其填充作用可有效致密地聚合物的孔结构,紧密的孔结构在提高地聚合物抗压强度的同时,也有效抑制冻融过程中自由水在毛细孔结构中的运输,进而缓解多轮次冻融过程中的结晶膨胀对孔结构的破坏,展现了优异的抗冻性。In view of the low content of active calcium component in air-cooled nickel slag,which leads to the slow growth of strength of geopolymer,granulated blast furnace slag with high activity and high calcium content was used to prepare geopolymer with low activity of air-cooled nickel slag,and the influence of slag content on frost resistance of hardened body was studied.The results show that increasing slag content can improve the compressive strength of geopolymer,and then improve its frost resis-tance.This is because the activity of slag is better than that of nickel slag.Increasing the content of slag can introduce more active calcium,silicon and aluminum components into geopolymer,thus promoting the formation of calcium aluminosilicate hydrate(C-A-S-H)gel phase,and its filling effect can effectively compact the pore structure of polymer.The tight pore structure can not only improve the compressive strength of geopolymer,but also effectively inhibit the transport of free water in the capillary structure during freezing and thawing,thus alleviating the freezing and thawing process for many rounds.
