摘 要:针对三相异步电动机在不同负载率情况下,具体温升缺乏准确计算方法的问题,提出了对三相异步电动机进行不同负载率的型式试验,进而分析温升的变化情况。首先,对三相异步电动机的设计原理展开研究;其次,分析电机的热试验基本要求、热试验计算原理、绕组工作温度和定子绕组温升;最后,根据不同电机型号的不同负载率下的温升值,得到不同电机型号下的不同负载率与温升之间的关系。In response to the lack of accurate calculation methods for the specific temperature rise of three-phase asynchronous motors under different load rates,type tests on three-phase asynchronous motors under different load rates are proposed in this paper,to analyze the changes in temperature rise.Firstly,research is conducted on the design principles of three-phase asynchronous motors;Secondly,the basic requirements and calculation principle for thermal test of the motor,the working temperature of the winding,and the temperature rise of the stator winding are analyzed.Finally,based on the temperature rise values under different load rates of different motor models,the relationship between different load rates and temperature rise under different motor models is obtained.
