摘　　要：阐述了高压箱式电机中常用的离心风扇的性能计算方法,分析了转子铁心的风扇功能及其在电机通风散热中的重要作用,从风扇串联的角度,分析了IC611、IC666、IC616、IC86W等电机通风散热结构中内部空气流动的特性,绘制了性能曲线图,对比分析IC666电机中冷却器设计的两种技术方案,可为大家提供参考使用。The performance calculation method of commonly-used centrifugal fan in high-voltage box-type motor is elaborated in this paper.The rotor-core fan function and its important role in the ventilation and heat dissipation of the motor are analyzed.From the perspective of fan series,the characteristics of the internal air flow in the ventilation and heat dissipation structure of IC611,IC666,IC616 and IC86W motors are analyzed,and the performance curves are plotted.The two technical schemes for the design of the cooler in the IC666 motor are compared and analyzed,which can provide reference for everyone.
