摘  要:为了缩短现场安装周期,部分大中型水轮发电机组定子采用分瓣铁心结构。该结构可在生产厂家完成铁心装配及部分线棒嵌装,然后将分瓣定子运输至安装厂房,重新组装成整圆并完成后续装配工作。本文重点介绍了分瓣结构定子现场组圆的工艺过程、专用工具、吊装调整等内容,为同类型结构机组现场组圆提供参考借鉴。In order to shorten the on-site installation period,the stators of some large and medium-sized water turbine generator units adopt a split iron-core structure.For this structure,assembly of the iron core and embedding of part of bars can be completed at the manufacturer.Then the split stator is transported to the installation plant,and is reassembled into a full circle in the installation plant to complete subsequent assembly work.This article focuses on the technological process,special tools,lifting and adjustment,etc.of on-site full-circle assembly of split structure stator,to provide reference for on-site full-circle assembly of units with similar structure.
