摘  要:某换流站大型调相机转子风叶在大修后启机,风叶突然发生断裂,叶片破损,经断口形貌及金相、结构受力、材料性能、尺寸检查等分析排查故障原因。结果表明,由于螺纹牙型和牙底角半径不符合标准要求,导致应力过大而引发疲劳断裂。为此提出转子风叶安装、日常预防措施,有效指导生产、安装、检修等关键环节过程管控,避免重大质量问题重复发生。When started after overhaul,the rotor blades of a large phase modifier in a converter station fractured suddenly,and the blades were damaged.After inspecting the fracture morphology and metallography,structural stress,material property,and size,etc.for troubleshooting,the results showed that the thread tooth profile and the angular radius of tooth base did not meet the standard requirements,and the excessive stress caused fatigue fracture.Therefore,the measures for installation and daily prevention of rotor blades are proposed in this paper,to effectively guide the process control of key links such as production,installation,and overhauling,and avoid the recurrence of major quality problems.
