某电站副励磁机电枢绝缘故障原因分析及处理

摘  要:针对某电站副励磁机电枢绝缘故障,对造成副励磁机电枢绝缘异常的6个可能原因进行逐一分析,并通过仿真计算,确认副励磁机电枢绝缘异常的根本原因为副励磁机转子10个磁钢极性反向。在现场处理合格,机组顺利并网,副励磁机各项运行参数正常。Regarding the armature insulation failure of sub-exciter in a power station,6 possible causes were analyzed one by one.Through simulation calculation,it is confirmed that the root cause for the abnormal armature insulation of the sub-exciter is the reverse polarity of the 10 magnetic steels of the sub-exciter rotor.The abnormality is corrected to be qualified upon on-site treatment,and at last,the unit is successfully connected to the grid,and the operation parameters of the sub-exciter are normal.
