摘　　要：综合分析了大型汽轮发电机在运行和检修过程中常见的故障类型及其成因,探讨有效的预防策略和应对措施。采取加装在线监测装置及制作专用维护工具,对发电机进行智能化管理,实现故障提前预警和提高检修效率。积极推进发电机预防性检修标准化管理,对于提高机组的运行可靠性、延长设备使用寿命以及保障电网安全具有重要意义,为电力企业的设备管理和维护提供参考和借鉴。In this paper,the common fault types and their causes of large steam turbine generators during operation and overhauling are comprehensively analyzed,and the effective preventive strategies and countermeasures are discussed:Installing online monitoring devices and making specialized maintenance tools,to make intelligent management of the generators,so as to achieve early warning of faults and improve the overhauling efficiency.Actively promote standardized management of preventive overhauling for generators,which is of great significance for enhancing the operational reliability of the units,extending the service life of the equipment,and guaranteeing the safety of the power grid,to provide reference for equipment management and maintenance in power enterprises.
