摘　　要：中型异步高速电机在厂内试验过程中,出现两倍频的振动。本文通过对YX2-BPKS400-2S型电机进行瓦振测试,测得单机的振动量值,并对测得的振动信号进行频谱分析。经过试验振动分析,诊断出单机发生振动故障的原因,并对修整后的电机重新进行振动试验,验证了频谱测试的准确性以及修整措施的有效性。In the process of in-plant test of medium asynchronous high-speed motor,double-frequency vibration occurs.In this paper,bushing vibration test of YX2-BPKS400-2S motor is made to measure the vibration value of single motor,and the frequency spectrum of the measured vibration signal is analyzed.After the test vibration analysis,the cause for the single-motor vibration failure is diagnosed,and the vibration test is carried out again toward the rectified motor,which verifies the accuracy of the spectrum test and the effectiveness of the rectification measures.
