摘 要:新能源的随机性和波动性对交直流混合电力系统的频率稳定性构成了重大挑战,迫切需要解决高比例新能源并入交流直流混合电力系统后所带来的频率安全问题。因此,考虑到新能源机组的调频作用,提出了一种计及频率安全约束的机组组合模型,以保证交直流混合电力系统在发生较大扰动时,其频率仍能在安全范围内,提高系统稳定运行的能力。最后,在改进的两IEEE 39节点互联电力系统,即在78节点系统中开展算例分析,对所提出的机组组合模型进行验证,仿真结果表明,在系统总成本仅提高4.17万元的情况下,系统仍可以在较大干扰下保证频率安全。The randomness and fluctuation of new energy pose a major challenge to the frequency stability of AC/DC hybrid power system,and it is urgent to solve the frequency safety problem caused by the integration of high proportion of new energy into AC/DC hybrid power system.Therefore,considering the frequency modulation effect of new energy units,this paper proposes a unit combination model considering the frequency safety constraint to ensure that the frequency of the AC/DC hybrid power system can still be within the safe range when a large disturbance occurs,so as to improve the stable operation ability of the system.Finally,in the improved IEEE 39-node interconnected power system,that is,the 78-node system,the proposed unit combination model is verified,and the simulation results show that the system can still ensure frequency safety under large interference when the total cost of the system is only increased by 41,700 yuan.
