摘 要:构网型储能系统具备对电网电压和频率的主动支撑能力,在电网扰动过程中起到稳压器的作用,在大规模新能源接入的新型电力系统中有着不可替代的作用。提出了基于虚拟同步机(VSG)的直挂式储能系统控制策略,从数学关系分析了三相静止坐标系下的数学模型,详细设计了分层控制系统,包含系统功率解耦控制、VSG控制的顶层控制系统和SOC均衡控制的底层控制系统。在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台搭建直挂构网型储能系统并对所提控制策略进行仿真验证,仿真结果显示,在电网电压和频率扰动及三相短路故障过程中,储能系统能够为电网提供惯量支撑,使得系统能够快速恢复稳定状态,对提高大规模新能源接入弱电网的稳定性具有重要意义。Grid forming based energy storage system has the ability to actively support the voltage and frequency of the power grid,playing a role as a voltage regulator during power grid disturbances.It plays an irreplaceable role in the large-scale integration of new energy into the new power system.This article proposes a control strategy for a direct mounted energy storage system based on a virtual synchronous generator(VSG),analyzes the mathematical model in a three-phase stationary coordinate system from a mathematical perspective,and designs in detail control strategies including system power decoupling control,VSG control,and SOC balancing.Build a direct grid energy storage system on the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform and verify the control strategy proposed in this paper through simulation.The simulation results show that the energy storage system plays a supporting role in the system frequency and voltage during voltage and frequency disturbances and three-phase short-circuit faults,enabling the system to quickly enter a stable state.This is of great significance for improving the stability of large-scale new energy access to weak power grids.
