铁心饱和对正交绕组平面感应电机电磁耦合特性的影响研究

摘  要:针对正交绕组平面感应电机中初级铁心饱和造成的两个维度电磁力下降、波动加剧等电磁耦合效应问题,通过三维电磁场仿真计算模型,对比了两套绕组单独与同时通电时,初级铁心磁通密度的大小和分布规律。将安培环路定理分别与电磁场数值计算、磁导率迭代计算相结合,得到计算饱和效应修正系数的半解析法和解析法方法。采用两种方法得到两套绕组的通电电流和转差频率对电机各维度电磁耦合效应的影响。开展样机堵转试验,对所提方法进行验证。研究结果表明:两个维度上的绕组电流越大、转差频率越低,得到的饱和效应修正系数越小,电磁耦合效应越强;一个维度上的电磁力会随着另一维度绕组通电电流的增大而减小,而电磁力的波动则会随之增大;与试验数据相比,半解析法和解析法计算得到的电磁转矩最大误差分别为4.78%、8.56%,验证了所提计算方法的正确性。该研究可为正交绕组平面感应电机的初步设计提供理论指导。In response to the electromagnetic coupling effects,such as the decrease in electromagnetic force in two dimensions and intensified fluctuations,caused by primary core saturation in orthogonal winding planar induction motors,this research initially compares the magnitude and distribution patterns of primary core magnetic flux density when two sets of windings are separately and simultaneously energized through a three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation model.Subsequently,a semi-analytical method and an analytical method for calculating the saturation effect correction coefficient are obtained by combining Ampere’s law with numerical electromagnetic field calculations and iterative calculations of permeability.These methods are then used to assess the impact of energizing currents and slip frequencies of the two winding sets on the electromagnetic coupling effects in the motor.Finally,a locked rotor test is conducted on a prototype to validate the proposed methods.The research findings indicate that as the winding currents increase and the slip frequency decreases in both dimensions,the saturation effect correction coefficient diminishes,leading to a stronger electromagnetic coupling effect.In one dimension,electromagnetic force decreases with the increase in energizing current of the winding in the other dimension,while the fluctuation of electromagnetic force increases correspondingly.Compared to experimental data,the maximum errors in electromagnetic torque calculated using the semi-analytical and analytical methods are 4.78%and 8.56%,respectively,validating the accuracy of the proposed calculation methods.This research provides theoretical guidance for the initial design of orthogonal winding planar induction motors.
