区域协调发展战略下推动江苏沿海三市海洋经济融合发展研究

摘　　要：江苏作为我国的经济强省,海洋经济正逐步成为江苏省经济发展的重要增长极。区域协调发展战略可以推动形成优势互补、高质量发展的区域经济布局。江苏连云港、盐城、南通沿海三市海洋经济发展水平差距较大,区域协调发展战略对三市海洋经济融合发展极为重要。文章从区位、资源、需求、政策和产业等方面分析了江苏海洋经济发展的现实条件。通过从海洋经济发展对比、各自优势海洋领域、海洋经济融合发展现状及问题等方面分析了江苏沿海三市的现有格局,并以此为基础提出对策建议,为推动江苏沿海三市海洋经济融合发展提供建设思路。As an economically strong province in China,Jiangsu’s marine economy is gradually becoming an important growth pole for its economic development.The regional coordinated development strategy can promote the formation of a regional economic layout with complementary advantages and high-quality development.There is a significant gap in the development level of marine economy among the three coastal cities of Lianyungang,Yancheng,and Nantong in Jiangsu Province.The regional coordinated development strategy is extremely important for the integrated development of marine economy in the three cities.The article analyzes the current conditions for the development of Jiangsu’s marine economy from the perspectives of location,resources,demand,policies,and industries,etc.By comparing the development of marine economy,their respective advantages in marine fields,and the current situation and problems of integrated development of marine economy,this paper analyzes the existing pattern of the three coastal cities in Jiangsu,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions based on this,providing construction ideas for promoting the integrated development of marine economy in the three coastal cities in Jiangsu.
