摘　　要：新时代以来,习近平立足新发展阶段历史方位、以新发展理念为指导、在把握经济发展规律基础上,对新发展阶段如何处理国内大循环与国内国际双循环的关系这一关乎经济安全发展的问题进行了深入思考和系统回答,形成了习近平关于构建新发展格局重要论述。这一重要论述涵盖了构建新发展格局“要义论”“旨归论”“底线论”“主体论”“动力论”“路径论”等主要论域,共同构成新发展阶段国民经济发展格局的整体图景和畅通国民经济循环的系统框架。习近平关于构建新发展格局重要论述是畅通国民经济良性循环的基本遵循,对马克思主义政治经济学发展作出了原创性贡献,具体表现为实践创新的运用型贡献、与时俱进的拓展型贡献和术语革命的原创型贡献。Since the new era,based on the historical orientation of the new development stage,guided by the new development concept,and on the basis of grasping the law of economic development,Xi Jinping has deeply thought and systematically answered the question of how to deal with the relationship between domestic circulation and domestic-international dualcirculation in the new development stage,which is related to economic security and development,and formed Xi Jinping’s important discussion on building a new development pattern.This important discussion covers the construction of a new development pattern of“essential theory”,“purport theory”,“bottom line theory”,“subject theory”,“power theory”,“path theory”and other major fields of discussion,which together constitute the overall picture of the national economic development pattern in the new development stage and the system framework of unimpeded national economic circulation.Xi Jinping’s important discussion on building a new development pattern is the basic principle of unblocking the virtuous cycle of national economy,and has made original contribution to the development of Marxist political economy,which is embodied in the application contribution of practical innovation,the expansion contribution of advancing with the times and the original contribution of terminology revolution.
