摘　　要：习近平在总结概括新质生产力内涵时便提出了新质生产力要素优化组合跃升的问题。马克思、恩格斯以及众多马克思主义学者都揭示过资本主义社会存在的生产力要素发展失衡问题,即科学技术赋能劳动资料后,资本价值选择下的劳动者主体性丧失问题。新质生产力要实现要素优化组合跃升,其理论本质就是恢复要素均衡发展,超越了资本主义社会的要素失衡发展,推进了科学技术与生产力要素发展的辩证统一。新质生产力要素优化组合跃升不是自发的行为,双向驱动的教育、系统化的创新、一体化的改革是推动新质生产力要素优化组合跃升的驱动。When summarizing and generalizing the connotation of new quality productivity,Xi Jinping raised the issue of the optimized combination and leap of new-quality productive forces'elements.Marx,Engels,and many Marxist scholars have all revealed the problem of unbalanced development of productive forces'elements in capitalist society,that is,the loss of the subjectivity of laborers under the value choice of capital after science and technology empower labor materials.The theoretical essence of the optimized combination and leap of new-quality productive forces'elements is to restore the balanced development of elements,surpassing the unbalanced development of elements in capitalist society and promoting the dialectical unity of science and technology and the development of productive forces'elements.The optimized combination and leap of new-quality productive forces'elements is not a spontaneous behavior.The two-way-driven education,systematic innovation,and integrated reform are the driving forces for promoting the optimized combination and leap of new-quality productive forces'elements.
