摘  要:双有源桥变换器在输入、输出电压不匹配时,内部会产生可观的回流功率,并伴随着变压器原、副边电流的显著增加,导致效率下降。对此,基于双重移相调制方法,研究双有源桥在电压不匹配情况下的传输效率问题,针对复杂的非线性电流有效值数学模型,提出基于序列二次规划(sequential quadratic programming,SQP)算法的双有源桥变换器电感电流有效值优化方法,可通过降低电感电流有效值提升双有源桥的运行效率。首先,建立双有源桥变换器关于电感电流有效值的数学模型;接着,分析双重移相下的软开关特性,并结合双有源桥的边界工况及拓扑参数,明确约束条件,基于SQP算法求解电感电流有效值最低时的移相比组合参数;最后,在Simulink上搭建仿真算例,在电压几乎匹配和电压严重不匹配的工况下完成仿真实验并与其他控制策略进行对比。实验结果表明:相比于单移相调制,电流有效值可降低11.5%;相比于电流应力、回流功率的优化,电流有效值优化分别可提升0.76、0.92百分点的效率。这验证了理论分析的正确性与所提策略的有效性。When the input and output voltages of a dual active bridge converter do not match,significant backflow power is generated internally,accompanied by a significant increase in the primary and secondary currents of the transformer,resulting in a decrease in efficiency.In response to this,based on the dual phase shift modulation method,this paper studies the transmission efficiency of dual active bridges under voltage mismatch.For the complex nonlinear current effective value mathematical model,the paper proposes a dual active bridge converter inductor current effective value optimization method based on sequential quadratic programming(SQP)algorithm,which can improve the operating efficiency of the dual active bridge by reducing the inductor current effective value.Firstly,it establishes a mathematical model for the effective value of inductor current in a dual active bridge converter.Next,it analyzes the soft switching characteristics under dual phase shifting,and combines the boundary conditions and topology parameters of the dual active bridge to clarify the constraint conditions.Based on the SQP algorithm,it solves the phase shifting angle combination parameters when the effective value of the inductor current is the lowest.Finally,the paper builds simulation examples on Simulink,completes simulation experiments under conditions of almost matching voltage and severe voltage mismatch,and compares with other control strategies.The experimental results show that compared to single phase modulation,the effective current value can be reduced by 11.5%.Compared to optimizing current stress and reflux power,optimizing the effective value of current can improve efficiency by 0.76 and 0.92 percentage points,respectively.This validates the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
