场协同拉伸元件的分割棱倾角对螺杆性能的影响

摘  要:基于聚合物场协同塑化输运混炼原理,设计开发了强化混合与换热的场协同拉伸螺杆新结构,并采用流体力学模拟软件ANSYS Polyflow对普通螺纹螺杆和不同分割棱倾角的场协同拉伸螺杆进行了数值模拟,对比分析了分割棱倾角对场协同拉伸元件混合性能、传热性能及塑化均匀性的影响。结果表明,场协同拉伸螺杆的综合性能要优于普通螺纹螺杆,其中场协同拉伸螺杆分割棱倾角为45°时综合性能最优。场协同拉伸元件的径向收敛流道改变了速度场的方向,使速度矢量产生了径向分量,促进了速度场与温度梯度场、速度梯度场的协同相互作用,强化了热质传递输运过程。其独特的结构实现了局部热量和颗粒的有效混合,使混炼塑化效果得到增强,提高了胶料的塑化质量。Based on principle of polymer field synergistic plasticization,transportation and mixing,a new structure of field synergy elongation element was designed and developed to enhance mixing and heat transfer.The fluid dynamics simulation software ANSYS Polyflow was used to numerically simulate ordinary threaded screws and field synergy elongation element with different flight angle.The effects of the flight angle on mixing performance,heat transfer performance,and plasticization uniformity of the field synergy elongation element were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the comprehensive performance of the field synergy elongation element was superior to that of the ordinary threaded screw.Among them,the comprehensive performance of the field synergy elongation element was optimal when the flight angle is 45°.The radial convergence channel of the field synergy elongation element changed the direction of the velocity field,causing the velocity vector to generate radial components,promoting the synergistic interaction between the velocity field,temperature gradient field,and velocity gradient field,and strengthening the heat and mass transfer and transportation process.Its unique structure achieved effective mixing of local heat and particles,enhancing the plasticizing effect of mixing and improving the plasticizing quality of the rubber mate-rial.
