摘  要:采用响应曲面法中的Box-Behnken方法设计实验并分析,建立了橡胶注射机均化段螺杆结构与挤出效果的多因素二次多项式数学模型,探讨了均化段螺杆结构参数对挤出效果的影响及其交互作用,运用实验所得的回归方程实现了对橡胶注射机螺杆均化段结构参数的优化。结果显示,模拟求证得出的各参数预测值与模拟值的差值均在2%以内;最优参数为螺槽深度8.29 mm、螺距60.17 mm、螺峰轴向宽度5 mm,此时出口温度标准差降低3.5%,螺杆均化段的温度均匀性得到改善;出口平均速率提高9.7%,塑化能力明显提高。The Box-Behnken method in the response surface method was used to design and analyze the experiment.A multi-factor quadratic polynomial ma-thematical model of the homogenization section screw structure and extrusion effect of the rubber injection machine was established.The influence of the homogenization section screw structural para-meters on the extrusion effect and their interaction were discussed.The regression equation obtained from the experiment was used to optimize the homogenization section structural parameters of the rubber injection machine rod.The results showed that the difference between the predicted values of each parameter obtained by simulation and the si-mulated values was within 2%.The optimal parameters were the screw groove depth of 8.29 mm,screw pitch of 60.17 mm,and screw peak axial width of 5 mm.At this time,the standard deviation of the outlet temperature was reduced by 3.5%,and the temperature uniformity of the screw homogenization section improved;the average outlet velocity was increased by 9.7%,and the plasticizing capacity improved significantly.
