摘 要:以低温乳液聚合的方法合成高腈和超高腈橡胶,通过控制变量探究主要因素对反应过程及生胶的微凝胶含量和门尼黏度的影响,用元素分析仪测定了结合丙烯腈量。结果表明,合成中所用丙烯腈投料占比均为45%(质量分数,下同),能够使橡胶结合丙烯腈量达到高腈标准;反应温度越高反应速率越快,所得生胶的微凝胶含量越高,在5~7℃、9~10℃及12~13℃的条件下所得生胶的微凝胶含量分别为0.99%、6.02%和16.53%;引发剂用量越多所得生胶的微凝胶含量越高;与过氧化氢二异丙苯相比,过氧化氢对[艹孟]烷作为引发剂进行聚合具有更快的反应速率,但所制备生胶的微凝胶含量也更高。增加叔十二烷基硫醇的用量可以加快反应过程,同时生胶的微凝胶含量减少,在0.72~0.96份(质量)用量范围内生胶门尼黏度与叔十二烷基硫醇用量呈现线性负相关。High bound acrylonitrile content nitrile rubber and ultra-high bound acrylonitrile content nitrile rubber were synthesized by low temperature emulsion polymerization.The effects of main factors on the reaction process,microgel content and Mooney viscosity of raw rubber were investigated by controlling variable,the bound acrylonitrile content was determined by element analyzer.The results indicated that using an acrylonitrile feed ratio of 45%(mass fraction,the same below)during the synthesis process enabled the rubber to meet the high-nitrile standard for bound acrylonitrile content.The higher the reaction temperature,the faster the reaction rate,and the higher the microgel content of the resulting raw rubber.Specifically,the microgel contents of the raw rubber obtained at 5-7℃,9-10℃and 12-13℃were 0.99%,6.02%and 16.53%,respectively.The more the amount of initiator,the higher the microgel content of the resulting raw rubber.Compared with diisopropylbenzene hydroperoxide,the polymerization with p-menthan hydroperoxide as initiator had a faster reaction rate,but the microgel content in the resulting raw rubber was also higher.Increasing the amount of tertiary dodecyl mercaptan could speed up the reaction process,while reducing the microgel content of the raw rubber.The Mooney viscosity of raw rubber showed a linear negative correlation with the amount of tertiary dodecyl mercaptan in the range of 0.72-0.96 phr(by mass).
