摘  要:以高结合丙烯腈丁腈橡胶作为基体制备了一种通海阀箱用水下低频吸声橡胶材料,考察了不同结构的填料及阻尼剂用量对其弹性模量、损耗因子及力学性能的影响,并据此试制了吸声板产品。结果表明,规格100目的中空结构蛭石与硅酸盐微珠以10/10(质量比,下同)并用可以形成协同效应,所填充吸声橡胶具有相对较低的弹性模量、较高的损耗因子及较好的层间黏合性能;片层结构的强威粉与云母以7/14并用时吸声橡胶的层间黏合性能更好、弹性模量相对更低、损耗因子更高。受阻酚类抗氧剂AO-80可有效提高吸声橡胶的损耗因子,用量以10份(质量)为宜。以蛭石与硅酸盐微珠并用和强威粉与云母并用作为主要吸声填料,以AO-80作为阻尼剂试制的吸声板产品,在频率1~4 kHz时的平均吸声系数大于0.7。A kind of low frequency sound-absorbing rubber material under water for sea chest was prepared using nitrile rubber with high bound acrylonitrile content as matrix,the effects of different fillers and damping agents amount on its elastic modulus,loss factor,and mechanical properties were investigated,and sound-absorbing panel products were trial produced based on this.The results showed that a synergistic effect could be formed by combining 100 mesh hollow structure vermiculite and silicate microspheres in a 10/10(mass ratio,the same below).The filled sound-absorbing rubber had relatively low elastic modulus,high loss factor,and good interlayer adhesion performance.The sound-absorbing rubber had better interlayer bonding performance,relatively lower elastic modulus,and higher loss factor when the lamellar structure of Qianwei powder and mica was used in ratio of 7/14.Hindered phenol antioxidant AO-80 could effectively improve the loss factor of the sound-absorbing rubber,and its amount should be 10 phr(by mass).The sound-absorbing panel product,which used a combination of vermiculite and silicate microspheres,as well as a combination of Qiangwei powder and mica as the main sound-absorbing fillers,and AO-80 as damper,had an average sound-absorption coefficient greater than 0.7 at frequencies of 1-4 kHz.
