摘  要:为了解决现有挤压六角棒的表面粗晶问题,采用DEFORM-3D软件对异型截面六角棒成品模具进行优化设计,并用优化的模具对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金圆棒开展不同拉拔变形加工量的试制及模拟验证,获得适宜的生产工艺。生产验证和检测分析表明,采用大的拉拔变形加工率(不小于25%)和适宜直径的拉拔坯料,可获得表面无粗晶的六角棒,且六角棒边角金属充盈较好、强度和应力腐蚀性能等均满足AMS QQ-A-225/9标准要求,尺寸精度满足GB/T 3191-2019标准要求。In order to solve the surface coarse grain problem of existing extruded hexagonal bars,DEFORM-3D software was used to optimize the finished mold design for hexagonal bars with irregular cross-sections.The optimized molds were used to carry out optimized trial production and simulation verification on Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum alloy round bars with different drawing rates.The appropriate drawing rate and production process were obtained thereafter.It is found through production verification,test and analysis that a high drawing rate(not less than 25%)and suitable thickness of the drawing billet can solve the surface coarse grain problem of extruded hexagonal bars.And hexagonal bars have good metal filling and high dimensional accuracy.The strength and stress corrosion resistance of hexagonal bars meet the requirements of AMS QQ-A-225/9 standard,and the dimensional accuracy meets the requirements of GB/T 3191-2019 standard.
