温轧工艺对铝镍复合板组织性能的影响

摘  要:工业生产的铝镍复合板在某些应用领域中需要轧制减薄才可以投入使用,不同的轧制工艺对铝镍复合板组织性能的影响机制值得深入研究。改变温轧加热温度和轧制压下量获得了不同的铝镍复合板,利用SEM、EDS、XRD等测试复合板的显微组织,借助万能试验机测试复合板的力学性能。结果表明,在不同加热温度下进行40%压下量温轧,通过扫描电镜观察到复合界面的形貌从温度较低时的交错状演变为温度较高时的平整状。将复合板加热至200℃保温1.5 h,进行不同压下量试验,随着压下量的增加界面破碎现象越来越严重。加热至200℃保温1.5 h进行40%压下量,复合板的界面结合效果最好。Al-Ni composite plates produced in industry often require rolling to reduce thickness in different application fields before they can be put into use.The effects of different rolling processes on the structure and performance of Al-Ni composite plates deserve further study.Different Al-Ni composite plates were obtained by changing heating temperature and rolling reduction of the warm rolling process.SEM,EDS,XRD and other test methods were used to analyze the microstructure of the composite plate,and the mechanical properties of the composite plate were characterized with the help of a universal testing machine.After warm rolling with 40% reduction under different heating temperatures,different morphologies of the composite interface can be observed by SEM,from the interleaved pattern at lower temperature to the flat pattern at higher temperature.After heating to 200℃ and holding for 1.5 h,the test with different rolling reductions was carried out.With the increase of rolling reduction,the interface fragmentation became more and more serious.The results show that the composite plates have the optimal bonding after heating to 200℃,holding for 1.5 h and rolling with 40% reduction.
