摘 要:研究了不同时效工艺对7136超高强铝合金力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和微观组织的影响。结果表明:单级时效合金的强度高,耐腐蚀性能差,其强化贡献主要来源于GP区和η′相,晶界析出相尺寸小且呈连续分布,晶界无沉淀析出带(PFZ)不明显;双级时效合金沉淀相粗化明显,以盘状的η′相和η相为主,晶界析出相粗大且断续分布,晶界无沉淀析出带明显,合金的强度降低但耐蚀性有效改善;三级时效合金具备单级时效晶内沉淀相特征和双级时效晶界沉淀相特征,同时兼顾了单级时效合金的高强度和双级时效合金的优异耐蚀性。The aging process effect on the mechanical properties,corrosion performance and microstructure of ultra-high-strength 7136 aluminum alloy has been studied in this article.The results show that the single-stage aged alloy has high strength but poor corrosion resistance.The strengthening mainly originates from GP zones and η′phase.Small and continuous grain boundary precipitates can be observed and the precipitation free zone(PFZ)is indistinct.More obvious precipitate coarsening can be observed in the two-stage aged alloy.The main phases are disc-like η′and η.The grain boundary precipitates become coarsen and distribute discontinuously,and the PFZ is obvious,which reduces the strength and improves the corrosion resistance.The three-stage aging combines the intragranular precipitation in single-stage aging and the grain boundary precipitation in two-stage aging.Therefore it achieves both high strength and good fatigue resistance.
