摘  要:采用数值模拟方法研究了三级分流结构对铸轧机铸嘴型腔内铝熔体热耦合行为的影响。结果表明:三级分流块形状和大小对铸嘴的分流起着重要的作用。涡旋的产生及其尺度对铸嘴热场的扰动不容忽视,当铸嘴型腔中产生的涡旋直径小于55 mm时,所产生的涡旋对铝熔体分流有益;当涡旋直径大于88 mm时,铸嘴出口处的铝熔体产生较大流速差,使铸嘴出口处的铝熔体流动不平稳。The numerical simulation was used to study the influence of the three-stage shunt on the thermal coupling behavior of aluminum alloy melt in the casting nozzle cavity.The results indicate that the reasonable arrangement of the shape and size of the three-stage shunt block plays an important role in the shunt of the casting nozzle,and the generation and scale of vortices shall not be ignored in disturbing the thermal field of the casting nozzle.In the nozzle cavity,the vortices with a diameter of about 55 mm or less have a beneficial effect on the flow distribution of aluminum melt,while those with a diameter of about 88 mm or more generates a large flow velocity difference at the outlet of the casting nozzle,disrupting the melt flow and making the outlet flow unstable.
