摘  要:试验探究了不同加热温度和应变速率条件下挤压态AZ61镁合金的超塑性压缩性能及微观组织的变化。结果表明,常温下压缩时,由于AZ61镁合金密排六方结构的滑移系较少,塑性较差,试样发生开裂;而当温度大于250℃后,试样均未发生开裂,表现出良好的压缩超塑性性能;当温度为300℃、应变速率为1×10^(-2) s^(-1)时,压缩真应变为2.506,塑性显著提升。流变应力随初始应变速率增大而增大,这是由于在高应变速率下的位错密度增加,加工硬化效应增强;流变应力随温度升高而减小,在高温条件下发生动态再结晶和动态回复过程,降低变形抗力。微观形貌分析表明了超塑性压缩后晶粒尺寸明显细化,且组织分布均匀,呈现典型的动态再结晶特征。This article focuses on the extruded AZ61 magnesium alloy as the subject of compression testing,investigating the superplastic compression properties and microstructure at different heating temperatures and strain rates.The results indicate that during compression at room temperature,the AZ61 magnesium alloy exhibits cracking due to the limited slip systems in its hexagonal close-packed structure,resulting in poor plasticity.However,when the temperature exceeds 250℃,no cracking is observed,the alloy exhibits good superplastic compression performance.When compressed at 300℃ and the strain rate of 1×10^(-2) s^(-1),the true strain reaches 2.506 and the plasticity increases greatly.The flow stress increases with the initial strain rate,which is attributed to the increased dislocation density and enhanced work-hardening effect at higher strain rates.Conversely,the flow stress decreases with increasing temperature as dynamic recrystallization and dynamic recovery processes occur at high temperatures,which reduces the deformation resistance.Microstructural analysis reveals that after superplastic compression,the grain size is significantly refined,and the microstructure becomes more uniformly distributed,exhibiting typical dynamic recrystallization characteristics.
