摘　　要：目的:探究授权赋能健康教育在机器人辅助与开放根治性肾肿瘤切除术中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2023年9月中国人民解放军总医院第二医学中心收治的90例行机器人辅助与开放根治性肾肿瘤切除术患者作为研究对象,按患者入院时间将其分为两组,其中2020年9月—2022年3月的患者分为对照组(n=45,采用常规护理),2022年4月—2023年9月的患者分为研究组(n=45,在对照组基础上采用授权赋能健康教育)。比较两组患者术后相关指标、自我效能、焦虑和抑郁程度、生活质量的差异。结果:与对照组相比,研究组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均更低(P<0.05)。与入院时相比,手术后、出院时两组患者自我效能评分均升高,SAS、SDS评分均降低,且研究组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。与入院时相比,出院时两组患者生活质量评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:授权赋能健康教育在机器人辅助与开放根治性肾肿瘤切除术患者中的应用效果显著,不仅增强了患者的自我护理能力及健康意识,还提高了生活质量及心理状态,有利于推动医患关系的和谐。Objective:To explore the application effect of empowerment-enabled health education in robot-assisted and open radical nephrectomy for renal tumors.Methods:90 patients who underwent robot-assisted or open radical nephrectomy for renal tumors in the Second Medical Center of Chinese People’s Liberation Army(PLA)General Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected.Among them,patients from September 2020 to March 2022 were divided into the study group(using empowerment-enabled health education based on the conventional nursing care,n=45),while patients from April 2022 to September 2023 were divided into the control group(using conventional nursing care,n=45).The differences in postoperative indicators,self-efficacy,anxiety and depression level,and quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:Compared to the control group,the study group had an earlier time to get out of bed and anal defecation,and a shorter length of hospital stay(P<0.05).Compared with that before admission,the selfefficacy scores increased in both groups after surgery and discharging,and the SAS and SDS scores decreased,and they were all better in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores both increased in the two groups of patients at discharge,and they were higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of empowerment-enabled health education in patients undergoing robot-assisted or open radical resection of renal tumors is remarkably effective,which could not only enhance patients’self-care ability and health awareness,but also improve their quality of life and psychological status,which is helpful to promote the harmony of the doctor-patient relationship.
