摘 要:热激蛋白(Hsp)在昆虫抵抗外界不良环境(如寒冷、缺氧、种群密度过大等)胁迫中发挥着重要作用。红松梢斑螟啮小蜂的生境冬季寒冷,推测其具有很强的抗寒性。为研究红松梢斑螟啮小蜂的HSPs基因家族,本文基于其全基因组数据,对其Hsps基因进行了筛选与鉴定。结果表明:共鉴定出23个Hsps基因,其中包括11个小热激蛋白(sHsps)、1个Hsp40、1个Hsp60、8个Hsp70s和2个Hsp90s。通过构建Hsps和sHsps系统发育树探讨其与其他昆虫的同源性,并利用红松梢斑螟啮小蜂Hsps在不同组织间的表达量构建热图以讨论其潜在功能。本研究可为后续进一步对红松梢斑螟啮小蜂Hsps基因功能展开研究提供理论基础和数据支撑。Heat shock protein(Hsp)played an important role in insect resistance to adverse external environments,such as cold,hypoxia,and excessive population density.The habitat of Baryscapus dioryctriae was cold in winter,so it was speculated that it had strong cold resistance.In order to study its HSPs gene family,the Hsps genes were screened and identified based on its whole genome data.The results showed that a total of 23 Hsps genes were identified,including 11 small heat shock proteins(sHsps),1 Hsp40,1 Hsp60,8 Hsp70s and 2 Hsp90s.The homology of Baryscapus dioryctriae with other insects was explored by constructing phylogenetic trees of Hsps and sHsps.The heat map was constructed using the expression of Hsps in different tissues to discuss their potential functions.This study could provide theoretical basis and data support for further research on the function of Baryscapus dioryctriae Hsps genes.
