摘　　要：新时代廉洁文化建设作为党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争中的重大工程,对于推动全面从严治党向纵深发展具有深远意义。新时代廉洁文化的形成具有深厚的理论渊源、清晰的历史脉络和强烈的现实要求。马克思恩格斯的经典论述与中华传统廉洁文化为其厚植了思想土壤,中国共产党百年历程中的廉洁文化建设实践为其提供了宝贵经验,新时代新征程提出的新要求为其赋予了新的使命。把握新时代廉洁文化建设的核心要义首先要坚持问题导向,以厘清腐败形成的内在规律、铲除腐败滋生的土壤和条件为出发点建设新时代廉洁文化;其次要坚持目标导向,以形成健康的党内政治文化和政治生态为旨归涵养新时代廉洁文化;最后要坚持结果导向,以提高人民群众的廉洁感知水平、让人民满意为标准检验新时代廉洁文化。新时代进一步加强廉洁文化建设,必须坚持党性党风党纪一起抓,协同推进家庭家教家风建设,充分发挥廉洁典型示范引领作用。The construction of integrity culture in the new era,as a significant initiative within disciplines and anti-corruption efforts of Communist Party of China(CPC),plays a crucial role in advancing comprehensive strict governance of CPC.The integrity culture is rooted in solid theoretical foundations and a clear historical context,reflecting strong contemporary demands for its enhancement.Marxist teachings of integrity and traditional Chinese integrity culture provide fertile ideological soil,while the historical experiences of CPC offer valuable lessons.In the new era,this initiative is assigned a new mission in the new stage of development.Grasping the essence of integrity culture construction in the new era requires firstly adhering to problem-orientation to clarify the intrinsic patterns of corruption and eliminate the conditions that foster it so that an integrity culture can be built.Secondly,goal-orientation is to foster a healthy political culture and ecology within CPC to nurture the integrity culture.Thirdly,result-orientation is to be adhered to so that public perception of integrity can be improved,ensuring that the construction of integrity culture is subject to public evaluation,which are to be taken as testers of integrity culture in the new era.In terms of practical pathways to strengthening integrity culture,it is essential to integrate the implementation of CPC disciplines,integrity,and ethics,promoting family life,family values and family education,and effectively utilizing role models for guidance.
